RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Amarants Aesthetic SARL-S

1. SCOPE

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made via the website www.amarants.lu, including:

  • cosmetic products

  • aesthetic devices (e.g. LED lamps, dermapens, beauty equipment)

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ONLINE PURCHASES)

In accordance with EU consumer law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the Buyer receives the goods.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via:

The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days after notifying withdrawal.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • the product must be unused

  • in original packaging

  • with all seals, labels, and accessories intact

  • in resalable condition

The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to check the product.

4. IMPORTANT: COSMETICS & HYGIENE PRODUCTS

Due to health protection and hygiene regulations:

❌ Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned
(e.g. creams, serums, makeup, skincare, etc.)

This applies when:

  • the seal is broken

  • the product has been used

✔ Return is only possible if:

  • the product is unopened and sealed, OR

  • the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

This exception is explicitly allowed under EU law for hygiene goods.

5. AESTHETIC DEVICES (LED LAMPS, DERMAPENS, EQUIPMENT)

Devices such as:

  • LED/UV lamps

  • dermapens

  • beauty machines

may be returned under the following conditions:

✔ Allowed:

  • unused devices

  • original packaging intact

  • no signs of use

  • returned within 14 days

❌ Not accepted:

  • devices showing signs of use

  • opened sterile components (e.g. cartridges, needles)

  • damaged due to misuse

If the device has been used beyond basic inspection, the Seller may:

  • refuse return, OR

  • apply a reduction in refund value

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If the product is:

  • defective

  • damaged during delivery

  • incorrect

the Buyer has the right to:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • refund

All goods are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee in the EU.

To submit a claim:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • provide photos/videos

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return costs are borne by the Buyer

  • If the product is defective or incorrect → Seller covers return costs

We recommend using tracked shipping.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued:

  • within 14 days after receiving returned goods

  • using the original payment method

The Seller may withhold refund until:

  • goods are received, OR

  • proof of return is provided

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened cosmetics

  • hygiene products with broken seal

  • used aesthetic devices

  • consumables (e.g. needles, cartridges)

  • personalized/custom products

10. EXCHANGES

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If needed:

  • return the item

  • place a new order

11. IN-STORE PURCHASES

For purchases made in-store, there is no legal obligation to provide returns or refunds under Luxembourg law.

Any return or exchange is provided at the Seller’s discretion.
